Scandalous feeding on rumors and gossips by pro-Shugden
The pro-Shugden website lately ran a number of “stories” in an attempted discrediting of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The one that particularly all the pro-Shugden websites are trying to “promote”, rather unsuccessfully, is the falsehood that His Holiness the Dalai Lama is not the real incarnation of His predecessor. Rather the Shugden supporter websites (WSS and Wisdom Buddha blog) goes as far as to such a rumor-mongering of implicating His Holiness the Dalai Lama to a Muslim pedigree.
Nothing is far from the truth. The Shugden supporters have mostly based their so-called reports on rumours, purposely created by them for their own consumption. The alleged theory that His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama is not the true reincarnation of the Dalai Lamas is based on an anonymously published booklet called the “Expressing the Ocean of Truth” (tib lit: gtam drang bden rgya mtso) that was circulated in around year 2000-01. Other than this, there is nothing substantial that Shugden supporters could prove of their assertion.
This booklet, as could be seen, deals in its entirety on the person of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama with unsubstantial and baseless claims and allegations. The purpose as said above, is solely to malign the reputation of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and nothing else.
Although there are differing opinions as to the source of this booklet, many believe it as handiwork of Shugden supporters themselves with assistance of other adversaries deeply antagonistic towards the Dalai Lama. Particularly among them are Gangchen Lama and Nga-Lama Lobsang Yeshi alias self-proclaimed Kundeling Rinpoche who conspired with their Communist masters to belittle His Holiness the Dalai Lama in the eyes of international community. The current flooding of Internet with all sorts of such unfounded and baseless rumours is seen by large number of people as working towards this direction only.
Moreover, by calling Taktser, the hamlet in Amdo Kubum where His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama was born, as a Chinese Muslim village is implying that the area belonged to China, thus flagrantly contradicting the historical facts and holding out the historically Tibetan area to PRC.
The second unjustifiable allegation that the pro-Shugden has made in their writings is about the visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The writers in the same website, says that the monks in Sera and Ganden are not happy with the visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. It further claims that the monks are wary of His Holiness again speaking on the “Shugden issue” and inspiring “provocation.”
This assertion of the Shugden supporters are absolutely untrue. The visit, first of all, is heartily welcomed by all Tibetans from all walks of lives, including the monks of Sera monastery barring few handfuls of Shugden supporters. We as a monk community, feel it very fortunate to once again be in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and to blessed by his kindness and benevolence. And by saying so, I also meant many of those who follow Shugden propitiation, if their claims of respecting His Holiness are not mere empty words.
Secondly, the purpose of the visit is to initiate many hundreds of monks into “Bikkhu”, who otherwise may have to go to Dharamsala to receive it. It is His Holiness’ compassion that foresaw the difficulties of many monks to travel to Dharamsala, including the financial difficulties that He has decided instead to come to Sera to perform the ordination, relieving the many hundreds of monks of their difficulties.
Thirdly, whereas the retaliating against the actions of Shugden supporters is concerned, it would have been done a long time back if it were not His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s advice to His followers to observe restraint. The way some of the Shugden supporters engaged themselves, for their own vested interest, in cheap politics founded on a particular faith is rather disquieting and condemnable.
The Tibetan people as whole are deeply hurt by the actions of few of the Shugden activists for such a plot to incite communal disharmony and discrediting of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. At the same time we do not blame all the followers of Shugden for such actions, for their sheer lack of insight into the true nature of the course that their self-proclaimed well-wishers and leaders are leading them to.
Therefore, this is also a time for those Shugden followers, who regard the Tibetan national interest as supreme, to rethink over the actions of some of their so-called well-wishers that is apparently in line with the avowed strategies of PRC to foment division and instill crack in the Tibetan people’s unity.
The Tibetan people as a whole, in spite of the attempt to dent, stands firm in their conviction to follow the advice of His Holiness the Dalai Lama at both spiritual and secular level.
The recent Special General Meeting in mid November that saw the representation of all walks of lives of the Tibetan people, reaffirmed the supreme leadership of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and therefore, harping otherwise by few handful of Shugden supporters would do nothing good except distancing themselves from the mainstream Tibetan society.
The Western Shugden Society tried also to show that Trijang Rinpoche’s thrones have been removed from Ganden at the orders of HH. But this is absolutely incorrect and the thrones are still there. I happened to be there recently. It is the pro-Shugden Dokhang House, now break-away from Shartse, that have taken away all the religious artefacts that late Trijang Rinpoche had donated to shartse monastery, all at their will.

The comment was deleted due to different reasons. Tsering sent this comment original to your website wisdombuddhadorjeshugden.blogspot.com. If you wish to reply him, just post his comment there and offer your reply there as well.
My wish is to keep this blog free from NKT’s / WSS’s spins, and not to offer them a platform for it.
I do not belief that you are authorised to speak “On Behalf of Concerned Dorje Shugden Practitioners in Europe and India” I am very convinced the views you expressed are neither shared by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche and his followers, nor by Trijang Chogtrul Rinpoche and his students nor by Gonsar Rinpoche and his students.
As far as I understand them a little bit, they would rather be shocked about the arrogance and disrespect.
You speak mainly on behalf of your own or Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and his NKT.

I think the one who are hilarious are WSS/NKT, never give up to have all these self generate ‘truth’ statement from their web page which provide us the ‘reliable sources and link’ which I Appreciate that Tenzin have deleted away.
If what they claimed are so truth, why till date we still don’t see much reliable and neutral link and sources from the third party, all in all what we get are tones and tones of their ‘truth’ from their own ‘self’ generated ‘truth’ from their own side.
Fortunately, with the advance technology we have, internal can easily be access with much reliable and neutral info and research about these controversial issue, and with these info and research, more people are aware of the aggressive and false propagating which WSS/NKT still having, and I got from my reliable sources that with these awareness, more people are stir away from joining this organization.

It’s a great shame that you’re not even open to hearing another point of view but simply want to dogmatically believe your own ideas and censor those who disagree with you. I offered you this reply in the hope that, according to democratic norms, you would present both points of view, but it seems you’re beyond reason.
I think that censorship of anyone’s point of view is reprehensible, but we know whose example you’re following. The truth will get out, don’t worry.

Before you criticize others give a better example dorjeshugdentruth.
Tsering has been “censored” by one of NKT’s blogs. As I said, you can approve his comment and reply there to him.
Do it yourself first or ask NKT / WSS to give a good example of “democratic norms” and to “present both points of view”.
I gave enough space to your and Geshe Kelsang’s students pov here, including your links. I never saw something like this on your blogs and websites.
If NKT set up also a truth-hotel, probably I’ll make there my holidays to entertain myself ;-)
If you can give me a better example maybe I follow you ;-)

With due respect, I would like to ask, so when will the worshiper of the this harmful ‘spirit’ willing to open up to hearing another point of view, but not simply want to dogmatically believe your own ideas (from all your self-generate webpage and link can see that) and censor those who disagree with you, those worshipper not only aggressively attack those who are disagree with them, but again and again given threat to those who dare to speak up the truth, isn’t it a SHAME too, dorjeshugdentruth.
Oh yes, I like holiday too. If NKT/WSS set up a ‘true-hotel’, I shall go there for some relaxation too ;)

hi lhundup, I would like to make a movie like Charlie Chaplin’s “The Great Dictator” to relax all the propaganda nonsense of WSS and its leader into an object of laughter while exposing the megalomaniac mind behind it. But I lack clearly Chaplin’s humour, intellect, talent and abilities…
In Tibetan Buddhism it is taught that it takes a very long time to recognize the mental affliction pride. And to recognize it – as being taught in one teaching based on Gendun Rinpoche – either your suffering becomes unbearable to you or the extreme views – which are the outcome of pride – are made by some one else more extreme until everybody can laugh about it, and pride relaxes into laughter.
Any idea how to do that?

Yeah….a movie like Charlie Chaplin’s “The Great Dictator”, sound cool :)
For Technical aspect how to make a movie, I’m not so good, but for writing the ‘script’ I may try to ‘merge’ the humour of Charlie and the nonsense of WSS and its leader into an object of laughter.
Here it go…the leader levitate on the sky (it seem that he levitated, but behind the curtain someone pulling a wire to support him) and tell his student : leave me alone…after his student leave, he lower down to the floor (as his student behind the curtain lowering him down.)
Upon returning to his thorn with a large table aside, he look at those document with statistic and lots and lots of manoy and say it proudly, ‘Look at this, I have my Center around the world, I have so many devotee globally, I have soooo many money in my hand now, I’m a Buddha, a holy being who manage to uphold the most profound and pure lineage.’ And he laugh loudly and proudly while flipping and tossing all his money on the sky, keep tossing, keep laughing….
Until….suddenly one of his ‘devotee’ angrily dash into his room, bluntly : ‘You are a liar, a wolf in a monk robe, a predator try to degenerate the teaching’, soon enough more and more ‘devotee’ with angry voice follow…..
So they grab back their money which they donate, bring lawyer to suit him with ‘libel’, all his Center has close down within a short time….
He disbelieve all this happen with just a short time, and collapse, by saying : OH MY PURE LINEAGE WITH ALL THE CENTER I HAVE SET UP, MY REPUTATION BY HAVING SOOOO MANY STUDENTS WORLD WIDE, MY MOOOOONEY……OHHHHH NOOOOOOOOO……….
I think we can go along this line, how’s that sound??? :D

Something like this or a competition scene on the haircutters chair or how he climbs the curtain while Gen Thubten is whispering “you are the Third Buddha”, afterwards playing with the balloon globe and trying to mark it with needles where his NKT centers are… and it explodes.
Or a speech delivered to the people:
Applause, applause, applause!
A assistant appears using the enthusiasm of the folk: “please donate your money and try to ask all your relatives for money to help to bring this pure vision to life, they can also include us in their wills. We have to spread this stainless bla bla into every corner of the world. If you do that your will attain the state of the super bla bla.”
All become very busy, busy, busy.

However, the problem for me is, that I could not engage much in this, because he is still my teacher and I can and wish not to put him down in anyway. So for me better not to think too much with respect to his person, rather the structure of NKT, which in turn is related much to him…
